Salam called his Qatari counterpart in solidarity: Lebanon stands with Qatar and its people

Salam stressed that “targeting the Qatari lands constitutes a serious violation of international laws and norms, and an attempt to weaken the role played by the Qatari leadership in calm efforts and seeking to stop the war on Gaza,” stressing “Lebanon’s standing, which in turn faces continuous Israeli attacks, along with Qatar and its people.”
Salam called for “a unified Arab and international position that puts an end to these Israeli attacks that threaten the security and stability of the entire region.”
