Next Thursday will hold the work of the regional forum for the Union of Arab Banks, which discusses programs to support economic sectors in countries that are witnessing various crises, and open by Finance Minister Yassin Jaber.
After his meeting with the Secretary -General of the Arab Banking Union, Wissam Fattouh and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Arab Banqueers, Joseph Tribe, who discussed with him in the presence of Counselor Samir Hammoud, “the union’s plan and activities, and that the forum will discuss the programs of economic and banking sectors, and will also address the experiences and experiences of the advanced banking sectors.”
Jaber pointed out that “Lebanon finds an opportunity in the possibility of benefiting with the existing pursuit of the government and the banking sector with the support of the Parliament to re -revitalize this sector and advance its role and restore its position while preserving the rights of depositors that remain in the advanced degree of our interests.” Arab banks in preparing the programs of the banking and economic sectors in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Libya and Sudan, and will discuss a working paper on the role that societies and banks of banks in the Arab countries can play in the face of financial and banking crises and how to deal with them. So that despite the difficult circumstances that Lebanon has gone through in recent years, especially in terms of its financial crisis, he remained a believer in the role and steadfastness of Lebanon.
