It is mandatory to issue a clear schedule of feeding hours and circulate it to subscribers.

1- A value-added tax that is not legally justified according to an official registration in the TVA Directorate in the Ministry of Finance.
2- Additional fees or amounts under any pretext, such as the cost of maintaining a generator, networks, etc….
3- Pricing to the consumer in foreign currency.
4- Additional fees for the citizen.”
