“Lebanon Debate”
The “Lebanon Debate” correspondent reported that the young man (T.J.) was attacked and beaten near the shrine of Our Lady of Zahle and the Bekaa, where a number of people assaulted him and hit him in the head with a gun. The assailants also opened fire in the air before fleeing to an unknown destination.
The injured person was transferred to the hospital to receive treatment.
Later, members of the Zahle Investigation Bureau were able to find the attackers’ car, while searches are still underway to arrest them.
