Two gifts from "Party" To Israel...and a victim! Two gifts from "Party" To Israel...and a victim!

US-Lebanese contacts continue to determine the fate of the Lebanese-Israeli military talks expected to be held in Tampa between the 20th and 22nd of this month in principle. The American side is not interested in fruitless negotiations that are for the sake of image nothing more, and wants a productive round, otherwise it would prefer to postpone it. In the context of this communication, Ambassador Nada Hamada Moawad held a meeting on Tuesday at the US State Department to discuss the situation in the south and the negotiation file, without it leading to anything new, neither negative nor positive, regarding the upcoming negotiations, the date of which Lebanon has not yet been officially informed of.

But what is noteworthy is that, in exchange for official efforts to revive the negotiations in their political and military aspects and activate the framework agreement, Hezbollah passes precious “passes” to Israel that help it not only refuse to negotiate, but also continue its military operations in the south and perhaps escalate them.

The first gift that the party gave to the “Israeli enemy,” according to what sovereign political sources told Al-Markazia, was its announcement that it was still transporting weapons in Lebanon and amassing explosives from the Bekaa to the suburbs to the south. While it appears intended for use inside Lebanon, the party came out to announce that it is for use against Israel and that it is the right of the “resistance” and part of its work.. Does a rational person expect the Israeli, after this talk, to cooperate with negotiations or with experimental areas, for example?!

As for the second gift, it was his declaration that he had received money from Iran that he would distribute to the displaced as shelter allowances and compensation. In this situation, how can Israel remain a spectator, especially since, in its opinion, this money will be spent on armaments before anything else? How will the United States be able to pressure Israel to sit at the table with official Lebanon again, while the party clearly brags about rebuilding its military, financial, and social capabilities?

Once again, the interests of Hezbollah and its supposed enemy intersect. As for their victim, it is the Lebanese state, which has not done anything to this point except in playing the role of the victim!
