Real Madrid is missing the efforts of its Brazilian star Vinicius Junior in four decisive matches in the Spanish Football League, following a decision issued by the Competitions Committee to suspend him due to his expulsion during the confrontation between his team and Villarreal.
According to the timetable of the punishment, the player will miss the match against Seville scheduled for the eighteenth of October, followed by the anticipated “El Clásico” match against Barcelona on the twenty-fifth of the same month, before the absence extends to include the matches of Racing Club on the first of November and Valencia on the seventh of the same month.
The Competitions Committee explained that the punishment was divided into two matches of suspension due to violent behavior outside the framework of competition for the ball, and two additional matches as a result of objection to the decisions of the match referee.
For its part, Real Madrid lodged an official objection to the penalty imposed, based on an error in reporting the incident that led to the expulsion card.
This punishment, especially the absence from the El Clásico match, constitutes a painful blow to the offensive line of the Royal team, given the great technical impact of the player in the previous summit matches against the traditional rivals, where Vinicius contributed to scoring 15 goals, scoring 8 goals and making 7 assists.
