Field moves at the border

Follow -up sources revealed that the threats made by some Syrian tribes against Lebanon were not limited to public statements, but rather were accompanied by field movements on the Syrian side of the border.

The sources pointed out that groups of the sons of these clans made armed reviews and logistical movements, which gave the impression seriously the messages addressed to the Lebanese interior.
However, these developments did not turn into any direct offensive action or penetration of Lebanese lands, which kept the situation under control.
