Taymour Jumblatt renews his confidence in Bilal Abdullah, and the latter comments on his candidacy

Representative Bilal Abdullah announced on the “X” platform that the “Democratic Gathering” had made it possible to re-nominate him to head the Parliamentary Health, Labor and Social Affairs Committee, bypassing the sectarian and sectarian considerations that usually govern the process of distributing parliamentary committee chairs and their rapporteurs.

Abdullah expressed his pride in this step, explaining that regardless of the sectarian and sectarian calculations prevailing in the distribution of parliamentary responsibilities, the bloc has honored him by renewing confidence to assume the presidency of the committee again.

At the conclusion of his statement, Abdullah thanked the head of the Progressive Socialist Party, Comrade Taymour Jumblatt, for his confidence, and to his colleagues in the “Democratic Gathering” for their continued support.
