Representative Bilal Abdullah strongly criticized the government’s decision to reduce the financial allocations allocated to the Ministry of Public Health and the Public Housing Corporation within the draft general budget, considering that this decision constitutes a serious mistake that will be addressed under the dome of Parliament.
Abdullah explained, in a post on the “X” platform, that the health and drug coverage crisis represents “the mother of crises” that Lebanon is suffering from, noting at the same time that the rental dilemma and the faltering implementation of its laws required adopting a clear housing policy based on providing soft loans to citizens through the General Housing Corporation.
Representative Abdullah concluded his position by emphasizing that the House of Representatives will make the necessary amendments to correct this defect when discussing and approving the budget.
