Countries support the extension of UNIFIL in Lebanon … Here are the details

Within the framework of the efforts and endeavors made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates to extend the UNIFIL forces at the upcoming Security Council session at the end of this month, according to the formula of the decision in which Lebanon adheres to, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Youssef Raji received the UK Ambassador Hamish Kaul.
During the meeting, Hamish affirmed “his country’s support for Lebanon’s position on the renewal of UNIFIL,” again “Britain’s support for the decision to restrict arms in the hands of the state.” In a related context, Minister Raji met Pakistan Ambassador Salman Athar, whose country occupies a non -permanent seat in the Security Council, and Minister Raji told his country the extension of the international forces operating in southern Lebanon according to the formula that we are working to pass. “
