Albanian winger Sabah Kergota, a player for the Scottish club Hearts, expressed his great aspiration for the upcoming confrontation that will bring his team together with its Turkish counterpart, Trabzonspor, next Thursday, in the European Conference League competitions.
Kergota confirmed in statements reported by the British newspaper “The Sun” that he has been impatiently awaiting this match since the tournament draw was held, due to the presence of Egyptian international star Mohamed Salah among the ranks of the Turkish team, describing him as one of his heroes and role models on the field.
The Albanian player revealed his strong desire to obtain Salah’s shirt after the match, explaining that he had contacted his compatriot Ernest Muchi, his teammate in the Albanian national team and Trabzonspor player, to coordinate obtaining the shirt, indicating at the same time that he would be happy if the former Liverpool legend did not participate in the match.
Kerjota concluded by saying that Salah is considered one of the best players in the world for all players, not just for his team, adding with joking interest: “I prefer to get the three points, so I hope that Salah will have a bad match on Thursday.”
It is noteworthy that Mohamed Salah had moved to the ranks of Trabzonspor during the last summer transfer period, coming from Liverpool, England, after an exceptional career that lasted 9 years, during which he won many titles and notable achievements.
