On Saturday evening, the official Iranian news agency “IRNA” reported that two explosions were heard on Qeshm Island in Hormozgan Province, southern Iran, noting that the two sounds were heard coming from the direction of the sea.
The agency added that local sources have not yet issued any comment or information clarifying the nature of the explosions or their causes.
