Housing Bank visits Al -Madinah University .. A presentation of the housing loan program



A delegation from the Housing Bank visited Al -Madinah University headed by the Director of Operations and Branches at the bank, Milan Al -Bahri, and the director of the Tripoli branch Nizar Tuzouzly, in the presence of the university president, Dr. Walid Dagher, the deans and a number of employees.

Dagher stressed during the meeting that “Lebanon gradually begins its career towards recovery, and what the Housing Bank is doing is evidence of belief in people and standing by them. These initiatives give confidence that tomorrow will be better, and we appreciate the bank’s efforts and what he offered to support employees, and this comes in light of the new era of the presidency in Lebanon, which seeks to enhance economic and social stability.” Residential loans funded by the Arab Kuwaiti Fund, which allows citizens to obtain loans after the financial crisis that hindered their ownership since 2019. The delegation explained that the loans include purchase, construction and restoration, so that the bank grows 80% of the value of the housing, while the beneficiary bears only 20%, provided that the apartment area does not exceed 150 square meters. The delegation indicated that the goal of this initiative is humanitarian in Its essence, to enable Lebanese youth to obtain a decent housing in their homeland, announcing a special offer for university employees. Al -Madina University issued a statement in which it considered that “this step reflects the continuous leadership of the Housing Bank in the service of society, and confirms its commitment to empowering Lebanese youth and families to build a stable future and obtain decent housing.”
