The municipality explained that “at its last session, it took a decision to raise the monthly allowance for removing waste from each home from 500,000 Lebanese pounds to 700,000 Lebanese pounds, similar to the neighboring villages, and in a manner consistent with the financial and service reality in the town.”
The municipality indicated that, “while aware of the magnitude of the living burdens on citizens, it calls on everyone to cooperate and bear joint responsibility, in a way that ensures the continuation of this vital service, and contributes to preserving the cleanliness of the town of Bqarsona and making it a model to be emulated.”
