In a step aimed at strengthening the frameworks of professional and technical cooperation between the military institution and the specialized real estate sector, a cooperation protocol was signed in the Directorate of Geographic Affairs between the Lebanese Army Command and the Syndicate of Real Estate Appraisers in Lebanon.
The agreement was signed by the Army Command, Director of Geographic Affairs, Brigadier General Yousef Haider, and by the Syndicate of Real Estate Appraisers, its Captain, San Damar “Santo” Obaid, in the presence of a crowd of officers and members of the Syndicate’s Executive Council.
This protocol comes within the framework of enhancing coordination and exchange of experiences between the two sides, and benefiting from the technical and specialized capabilities available to both parties, in a way that serves the joint work areas related to geographical surveying and real estate appraisal work.
The agreement is of great strategic importance, especially in light of the urgent need to develop databases and geographic and real estate information, and raise the level of accuracy in assessments and surveys, which contributes to supporting professional and institutional work and enhancing integration between the official and professional bodies concerned.
