This morning, the town of Deir Mimas witnessed a new Israeli military incursion, represented by the entry of three Merkava tanks into the vicinity of the entrance to the town, which obstructed the movement of the people and stopped it for a period of time after the main entry points were closed.
Field data indicated that during its operation, the incursion force searched a number of homes, in addition to destroying telephone poles on both sides of the road, before continuing its movements around the area.
This escalation comes within the framework of a series of ongoing Israeli violations of borders and ceasefire understandings.
