The south witnessed a massive Israeli escalation during the dawn hours, which included air strikes, large explosions, artillery shelling, and machine gun sweeps, while the force of one of the bombings completely cut off the Khardali Road, coinciding with the targeting of several areas from Mansouri to Nabatieh and Marjayoun.
The Lebanon Debate correspondent reported that the Israeli forces blew up the largest part of the public school in the town of Mansouri, leaving only a small part of it remaining, coinciding with an air strike that targeted the town and a massive bombing operation in the area.
The artillery bombardment also targeted Al-Mansouri, Wadi Zebqin, Sarbin, Nabatieh Al-Fawqa, Al-Dabsha, Wadi Al-Hujair, and the Marjayoun Plain.
In Nabatieh Al-Fawqa, the area was subjected to artillery shelling, while the town of Hadada witnessed a sweep with machine guns, coinciding with an Israeli aircraft dropping a sound bomb over the town.
The sweeping with machine guns also extended towards the tents and the plain area.
During the dawn hours, a large explosion was also recorded on Baraashit Hill, as part of a series of attacks that affected more than one point in the south.
In Marjayoun, the representative of the National News Agency reported that Al-Khardali Road was completely cut off as a result of the explosion that occurred at night in the Ali Al-Taher area, after the force of the explosion led to large quantities of rocks and stones falling on the road.
The road was basically impassable for cars, while only the Lebanese army bus was allowed to pass through it towards Marjayoun and Hasbaya.
However, the falling rocks and stones today completely blocked the road, preventing the army bus from passing, forcing it to take the Bekaa Road as an alternative route.
In additional repercussions of the bombing, residents of a number of villages in the Marjayoun District appealed to the South Lebanon Water Corporation to work on ensuring the pumping of water to the villages where their residents are still located, especially Deir Mimas, Burj al-Muluk, Qalaia, Jdeidet Marjayoun, Al-Buwayda, Dibbin, Balat, and Ebel Al-Saqi.
Residents explained that dust and explosion remnants resulting from the bombing in Ali Al-Tahir covered homes, roads, and cars and reached inside the homes, at a time when residents were unable to clean their homes and surroundings due to water scarcity.

These developments come hours after the massive bombing operations that took place in the Ali Al-Taher area, which left direct field repercussions on the surrounding roads and villages, at a time when Israeli attacks on towns and villages in the south continue, amid raids, artillery shelling, and simultaneous field movements on more than one axis.
