The Minister of Labor opens the door for candidacy for the membership of the Social Security Board

The Minister of Labor, Dr. Muhammad Haider, issued the following announcement:
According to Law No. 319 dated 12/22/2023 related to amending some provisions of the Social Security Law and the establishment of the retirement and social protection system, and based on Decree No. 13973 dated 09/13/2024 related to the identification of the most representative bodies of employers and employees, and based on Decree No. 852 dated 08/08/2025, published in the Official Gazette on 08/21/2025, and related By defining the general and special conditions required for experts, state representatives and employers and action to run for the membership of the National Social Security Fund, especially the third and fourth articles of it, the Minister of Labor calls on those wishing to run for membership of the Board of Directors of the National Social Security Fund as delegates from the state, to submit their files to the Ministry of Labor, as stipulated in Article IV of the aforementioned decree above, within a period of two weeks From the date of the publication of this announcement, as the most representative bodies, specified in Decree No. 13973 dated 09/13/2024, calls for the election and determination of the names of their representatives to membership of the Council, in accordance with the assets and procedures in force, during the same period.
