Several areas in southern Lebanon witnessed a series of simultaneous Israeli raids and attacks, which initially resulted in the death of one person and the minor wounding of a citizen and his son, in addition to the outbreak of fires in a number of targeted sites.
In the town of Shebaa, an Israeli drone targeted the citizen Muhammad Khalil Nabaa and his son Khalil in the outskirts of Jabal al-Sheikh, within the outskirts of the town and near the Lebanese-Syrian border, wounding them with minor injuries.
In Nabatieh district, an Israeli drone launched a raid targeting the Doha Kafr Rumman area, before targeting the town of Kafr Rumman again with a new raid.
It was reported, in a preliminary report, that a person was killed as a result of one of the raids that targeted the area, without additional details about his identity or the exact location of his targeting.
An Israeli drone also carried out a raid targeting the vicinity of the western towns of Zawtar and Qaqa’iyat al-Jisr, which led to the outbreak of fire in the place.
In a separate attack, an Israeli aircraft dropped a sound bomb over the town of Hadada, but no casualties were reported.
Later, an Israeli drone raid targeted the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, as drones continued to fly over a number of southern regions.
These attacks come as part of an ongoing Israeli escalation in southern Lebanon, including the targeting of towns, vehicles, and people, in conjunction with intense flying of drones and the implementation of separate raids in more than one area.
