France’s national team training revealed a positive development in Aurelien Chouamini’s condition, before facing Morocco in the quarter-finals of the 2026 World Cup.








The French national team will meet its Moroccan counterpart, on Thursday evening, in the quarter-finals of the tournament.

Chouamini had missed the round of 16 match against Paraguay due to a connective muscle injury, in a match that was won by France with a goal without a response.

According to the French “RMC” network, Chouamini returned to full group training, and participated in its beginning without showing any pain.

France qualified for the quarter-finals after defeating Paraguay with a goal scored by Kylian Mbappe, raising his score to 7 goals as the top scorer in the World Cup.

As for the Moroccan national team, it reserved its place in the same round after defeating Canada 3-0, with goals from Azzedine Ounahi, who scored a brace, and Sofiane Rahimi.

The match between France and Morocco will start at eleven o’clock in the evening, Egypt and Saudi Arabia time.
