Lebanese basketball star and founder of “The Revive Club,” Wael Araqji, and Anthony Abu Antoun, founder of “Artists and More,” announced the signing of a strategic partnership that brings together the club located on the waterfront in Beirut with the company specializing in the entertainment sector. The initiative aims to encourage young people to practice sports and enhance their physical and psychological health.
The announcement came during a press conference held in the capital, Beirut, during which the two parties stressed the importance of physical activity in building discipline, enhancing self-confidence, and consolidating the spirit of teamwork, as well as raising the ability of young people to face various challenges.
Under the terms of this partnership, “Artists and More” will manage a hall dedicated to high-intensity training (HIIT) within the club, in a step that represents an expansion of the company’s activity from the entertainment sector to the sports field.
In the same context, Arakji stressed that sports played a pivotal role in changing his way of thinking and working, considering that this partnership allows reaching a wider segment of young people to motivate them to adopt an active lifestyle. For his part, Abu Antoun pointed out the importance of providing safe spaces that allow young people to challenge their abilities within a nurturing and stimulating environment.
The two parties concluded the conference by sending a joint message to Lebanese youth and entrepreneurs, in which they called for the necessity of survival, investment and creativity within the country, stressing that “the future of this country will be built by those who choose to stay, believe in it and create in it.”
