The Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon announced a new increase in the death toll from the ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanese territory, as of October 10.
The Ministry’s Health Emergency Operations Center explained that the cumulative toll of human losses since the start of the final phase of the escalation on March 2 until October 10 amounted to 4,386 martyrs and 12,424 wounded.
According to figures issued by the Ministry of Health, the total number of victims has risen since the beginning of the confrontations on October 8, 2023 until today, reaching 8,953 martyrs and 30,660 wounded.
These developments come in light of the continued Israeli attacks and targeting of various Lebanese regions, especially in the south, where the recent period witnessed a series of air strikes, bombings, and Israeli military movements in a number of border towns.
