The General Directorate of Real Estate Affairs announced the unification of the work mechanism in all land registry secretariats in the Mount Lebanon Governorate, as of Monday, October 5, 2026, in a step aimed at simplifying transactions and accelerating their completion.
Under the new procedure, it was decided to cancel the previous mechanism that distributed transactions over specific days. The land registry secretariats will receive all types of transactions and reviews throughout the weekdays and within official working hours without any exceptions.
The Directorate confirmed that this step aims to organize the workflow, facilitate citizen reviews, and raise the level of quality of services provided to them, allowing various real estate transactions to be completed smoothly and on any official working day.
