The evacuation of thousands in Berlin .. finding a bomb from the World War

A police spokesman reported that the bomb was discovered during construction work in the “Veletal Venezel” neighborhood, and it will be dismantled in its place due to the difficulty of transporting it, while officials warned of the impact of silt in the river on the dismantling process.
A security collar was imposed about 500 meters, as the security men moved from a house to a house to inform the residents of the evacuation. The prohibited area includes some embassies and local administration offices, while an excluded hospital within the security scope of evacuation. According to estimates, it is expected that the dismantling process will continue until the early morning hours, the movement of ships in the river, the closure of the streets, and the stopping of the metro line, with the preparation of temporary shelters for those who cannot overnight in relatives or friends. The police also deployed maps that define the affected streets. This process is one of the largest evacuation campaigns in Berlin in recent years associated with the dismantling of the remaining bombs from World War II, amid widespread interest in ensuring the safety of the population and property.
