They did not deserve listening and answering amnesty and mercy, as they did not listen to the voice of the mind and did not respond to the call of the prophets, and they were deceived by the worldly life and responded to the voice of instinct and passion and the call of Satan:
(Say: Did I show you the actions of the actions whose endeavors in this worldly life are lost and they think that they are doing well). It was strong and solid, but it will not be so if it lost this condition, which is the foundations and intellectual and philosophical rules that are the scientific and engineering rules that must be adopted when planning to build a house, as well as planning to build a city, if it was overlooked and built randomly, God Almighty represents him by saying:﴿ Who is the foundation of his builder on From God and the pleasure of goodness, or from those who founded his children on the lips of a wilderness, then he was overwhelmed with him in the fire of hell ۗ and God is not.
The building of the house randomly or the city is formed over time and under the weight of the need without planning or studying, perhaps it does not need a great material cost, but it will definitely the service will not lead to its people properly, and problems arise from it that it needs to be solved and perhaps to demolish and build it again, which is arranged for its people or the competent administration doubled sums, or its buildings are exposed to the fall and ruin when an earthquake falls with it The victims turn into a burden on the state and society.
