Imposing sanctions on Iran again is an option

A German Foreign Ministry spokesman said today, Wednesday, that France, Britain and Germany are still ready to activate the “trigger mechanism” to re -impose United Nations sanctions on Iran, after the three countries meeting with Tehran yesterday, Tuesday, in an attempt to revive diplomatic efforts on its nuclear program.

The spokesman added during a press conference that the re -imposition of sanctions is still an option after the end of the talks without decisive result, but he stressed that France, Britain and Germany will continue to seek a diplomatic solution. (Arabic)
