She stressed the need to clean the rainwater drainage networks immediately and comprehensively before the middle of September to ensure the preparedness of the roads before the start of the season, in addition to adopting urgent maintenance plans and continuous monitoring during the winter season to avoid any floods or subsequent damages. The organization also called for the legal and penal responsibility to the shortcomings of any victims or health damages to citizens, including nervous damage and epidemics The result of water gathering in homes and streets, while calling on citizens to stop stopping waste on roads that block water and rivers in order to preserve their safety and the safety of others.
