Iran proposes a peace plan "To redraw the area" From the Gulf to Lebanon...what are its details?

In the context of the accelerated negotiations, details emerged about the Iranian peace initiative, which US President Donald Trump described as a “negotiable basis,” while Tehran did not officially announce its details.

According to a report by journalist Benoit Faucon in the Wall Street Journal, Arab and Iranian officials revealed nine out of ten items included in the plan, which sets out a comprehensive framework for stopping the war and reorganizing balances in the region.

The plan includes the following items:

Permanent termination of hostilities.

Guarantees that Iran will not be attacked again by the United States and Israel.

The ceasefire agreements should include the war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Lift all sanctions imposed on Iran.

Lifting sanctions on Iran’s allies.

Iran’s control of the Strait of Hormuz.

Imposing fees on ships crossing the strait.

Allocating revenues from duties to the reconstruction of Iran.

Sharing transit fees in Hormuz with the Sultanate of Oman.

It is clear from these provisions that the Lebanese front is included in any potential settlement, which indicates the connection of the arenas in the Iranian perception of the solution, and places Lebanon directly in the sphere of influence of any agreement that may be reached.

In short, this plan reveals an Iranian desire to achieve strategic gains that go beyond simply stopping the war, and seeks to reshape the rules of the game in the region, pending the results of the ongoing negotiations.
