"Warranty": Extending the period for receiving the annual nominal permit due to the current circumstances

The Directorate of Public Relations at the National Social Security Fund announced in a statement that, in light of the current security conditions, and as exceptional measures taken by the Fund’s management, the Director General, Dr. Muhammad Karaki, continues to make flexible organizational decisions aimed at alleviating administrative pressure and facilitating the completion of employee and employer transactions.

The statement stated that “these steps come from the Fund’s management’s keenness to approach the current challenges in a responsible spirit that takes into account the interests of the insured and employers alike.”

In this regard, the Director General issued an information memorandum dated 03/16/2026 bearing the number 828, extending the grace period for submitting the annual nominal declaration for private institutions for the year 2025 until 06/30/2026.

Karaki concluded the statement by emphasizing that the Fund’s management continues to adopt procedures and measures that help facilitate the transactions of affiliates and employers, in order to enhance mutual trust and confirm the Fund’s role as a guarantor institution that supports citizens and institutions, especially in these difficult times that the country is going through, while emphasizing the importance of protecting social and health rights.
