Poco is preparing to expand the X8 series by adding a new phone called “Poco

According to one of the leakers, Poco may announce the phone soon, as it will be a renamed version of “Redmi Note 17 Pro Max,” which is expected to be revealed next week, which suggests that there is a great similarity between the two devices in terms of specifications and design.

The Poco X8 Power is expected to come with a 6.83-inch AMOLED screen, with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz, with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The leaks also indicate that the phone has an “IP69” rating for resistance to water and dust, while its thickness is about 8.68 mm.

At the performance level, the phone may rely on the “Snapdragon 6 Gen 5” processor, along with “LPDDR5X” RAM and a “UFS 4.0” storage unit. On the software side, it is said that Poco will provide four years of operating system updates, in addition to six years of security updates.

As for photography, the phone is expected to include a 50-megapixel main rear camera, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, while the front camera comes with a 32-megapixel resolution for taking selfies and making video calls. (Erm News)
