Minister of Justice: Days of interventions, the work of the judiciary

The Minister of Justice, Adel Nassar, stressed, in a statement, that “any speech related to making any pressure, especially by the Council of Ministers on the State Shura Council, is totally rejected and will not happen, whatever the circumstances. During the Cabinet, no request of this type witnessed pressure on the judiciary.”
He also stressed “respect for the independence of the judiciary and that he will not be silent about any attempt to make any pressure on the judiciary, especially on the state’s Shura Council, whether directly or indirectly. He also emphasizes that the days of interventions were the judiciary’s work without return.” The Council of Ministers by pressing the Shura Council to expedite the issuance of its decision.
