During the Cabinet, no request of this type witnessed pressure on the judiciary.”
He also stressed “respect for the independence of the judiciary and that he will not be silent about any attempt to make any pressure on the judiciary, especially on the state’s Shura Council, whether directly or indirectly. He also emphasizes that the days of interventions were the judiciary’s work without return.” The Council of Ministers by pressing the Shura Council to expedite the issuance of its decision.
