Defense Minister Major General Michel Mansi a short time ago arrived at the State of Kuwait at the head of a delegation of senior officers in the army, in response to an official invitation from his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al -Salem Al -Sabah.
