Expensive reduction in the prices of apartments and real estate

A prominent economic source pointed out that real estate developers are studying the idea of ​​limiting or reducing their profits this period in order to improve the sale and increase it, as this sector is a manifestation of the growth of the economy, and that the real estate stalemate in Lebanon does not serve anyone.

He said: It is necessary to reduce the prices in order to adapt to the purchasing power of the Lebanese citizen and the investor also, as the investors have started moving to Cyprus, Greece and Dubai in order to buy and rent apartments, at a time when thousands of apartments in Lebanon are still empty without selling because of their very high prices that seem more expensive than neighboring countries, as a result of the profits that developers seek to surround.
