Seizing Syrian drugs .. and closing two pharmacies

Issued by the General Directorate of State Security – Department of Information, Guidance and Public Relations, the following statement:
Complementing its efforts to control smuggling operations, a patrol from the regional Bekaa Directorate was able on 08/08/2025, and in the presence of a delegate from the Ministry of Agriculture, from the seal of two veterinary pharmacies with red wax in the towns of Gaza and Marj – Western Bekaa, they return to the veterinary doctor (AS), for selling smuggled drugs. About 950 varieties of smuggled veterinary drugs have been seized It has a Syrian origin within the two pharmacies, where it was delivered to the Ministry of Agriculture according to the assets. The legal requirement was conducted against the veterinarian based on the competent judiciary signal.
