A statement from the administration of the Beirut port .. This is what it stated in it

The Beirut port administration and investment issued a clarification statement on work within the port, especially after technical problems occurred.

The administration stated that “the port fund does not close at one o’clock in the afternoon, as the customers have the ability to pay through four approved banks, in addition to the electronic payment service (online). Therefore, the fund was not at any time an obstacle to the completion of transactions.”

She added: “With regard to the technical problems that the port faced earlier as a result of some faults related to my (star) and (CAMA), they were fully addressed, and some devices and work have been updated to update the regulations of the administration.”
The administration emphasized that “any delay in the process of unloading the containers from the ships was calculated only for the amount of US dollars, which is a symbolic value compared to the actual cost.”

The administration called on all those who face any problem to direct it directly to it and submit the complaint in writing through the fund designated for that, in order to allow it to be addressed at the necessary speed, away from the launch of the accusations in a hunger, and concluded: “The management and investment of the Beirut port confirms its constant commitment to facilitate work and secure the best services to all dealers.”
