The technical report explained that these new generations of drones are now relying on “visual navigation” and artificial intelligence technologies, in addition to automatic recognition systems for terrain and geo-geographic features to continue flying and determine their paths with extreme accuracy without the need for any external communication.
Military and technical manufacturing experts believe that this technological leap will effectively neutralize jamming and electronic warfare weapons, giving drones an unprecedented ability to carry out their civil and military missions in the most complex and hostile environments.
