Representative Jamil Al-Sayyed sharply criticized the upcoming negotiations between Lebanon and Israel, considering that Lebanon is heading to these negotiations “without elements of force,” at a time when Israel continues to expand its operations north of the Litani.
Al-Sayyed said, via the “X” platform: “They said that Lebanon will focus in Thursday’s direct negotiations on fully establishing the ceasefire, stopping Israel’s violations and withdrawal of the borders, and rebuilding the south.”
He added: “On the other hand, Israel today expanded its occupation north of the Litani and will demand that the resistance be disarmed in advance.”
He concluded by saying: “As for Lebanon, it goes to negotiations armed with the diplomacy of ignorance and crying!”
