The Israeli army announced that it had detected, earlier today, Saturday, an explosives-laden drone that it said was launched by Hezbollah towards northern Israel near the Lebanese border.
The Israeli army explained, in a statement, that the incident did not result in any injuries or damage, noting that the security forces were working to dismantle the march and treat the site.
He added that investigations are still ongoing to determine the circumstances of the accident, while follow-up on the file has been referred to the Israeli police.
This development comes in light of the continuing escalation on the southern front, with the continuation of Israeli raids on a number of Lebanese villages and towns, and the exchange of field messages between Israel and Hezbollah.
