Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adraee, through the “X” platform, issued an urgent warning to residents of a number of southern towns and villages, asking them to evacuate their homes immediately and stay away from the targeted areas.
The warning included the towns of: Tayr Dibba, Al-Abbasiya, Burj Rahal, Maaroub, Barish, Arzoun, Jannata-Tyre, Al-Zarriya, and Ain Baal.
Adraee said, “Hezbollah is violating the ceasefire agreement, forcing the IDF to act forcefully against it,” stressing that the Israeli army “does not intend to harm the population.”
He called on residents to “evacuate their homes immediately and move away from villages and towns for a distance of no less than 1,000 meters towards open lands,” stressing that “everyone who is near Hezbollah members, facilities, and combat means puts his life in danger.”
