Prime Minister Nawaf Salam made a phone call with the Minister of State of the United Arab Emirates, Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, congratulating her on her nomination by her country to assume the position of Secretary-General of the United Nations.
During the call, the Prime Minister praised Nusseibeh’s diplomatic experience and high competence, considering that they qualified her with distinction to occupy this high international position.
This step falls within the context of ongoing communication between Lebanon and Qatar, in conjunction with the broad diplomatic movement that is accompanied by the nomination for one of the most prominent leadership positions in the international system.
