Lautaro Martinez led Inter Milan to overturn a two-goal deficit against its guest, Napoli, to an exciting 3-2 victory, on Saturday, in the third round of the Italian League.
Napoli took the lead through Matteo Politano and Rasmus Hoylund in the 50th and 53rd minutes, before Lautaro reduced the gap in the 58th minute, and Marcus Thuram equalized in the 82nd minute.
In the first minute of stoppage time, Lautaro took advantage of confusion inside Napoli’s defense and scored his second and third goals for Inter, giving his team the win and the three points.
Inter, the defending champion, raised its score to nine points in the lead, while Napoli’s score froze at three points in tenth place.
