Ferran Torres’ transfer from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain topped the list of the most expensive sales for Spanish League clubs during the summer of 2026, with a value of 48.5 million euros, according to Transfer Market data.
Gonzalo Garcia came second after moving from Real Madrid to Fulham for 40 million euros, equally with Victor Muñoz, who joined Liverpool after paying his release clause to Osasuna.
Real Madrid retained 30% of Garcia’s rights, while sharing with Osasuna the proceeds from the Muñoz deal at 20 million euros for each club.
The value of the transfers of Matteo Ruggeri to Aston Villa, Carlos Espe to Real Madrid, and Alvaro Rodriguez to Bournemouth amounted to 25 million euros for each player.
The list was completed by Nobel Mendy with 23.4 million euros, Thiago Almada with 20 million, Pep Chavarria with 19 million, and Sergi Altimira with 18.5 million euros.
