
English striker Harry Kane, captain of the England national team and star of Bayern Munich, was officially crowned with the European Golden Shoe award, after topping the throne of top scorer in European leagues with 36 goals in the “Bundesliga.”
In statements he made on the sidelines of the award ceremony at the club museum in the Allianz Arena, Kane expressed his great pride in being in the ranks of the Bavarian giant, hinting at his great satisfaction and desire to continue his career and scoring successes with the team, stressing that adapting to the football atmosphere led to him achieving these exceptional numbers.
This is Kane’s second coronation with the prestigious award awarded by the European Sports Media Association, cementing his position as the third player in Bayern Munich’s history to win the Golden Shoe after the legends Gerd Muller and Robert Lewandowski.
