The Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, during his speech before the United Nations General Assembly, affirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to the policy of sincere dialogue as the way towards regional and international stability, stressing the need for the withdrawal of the Israeli forces to withdraw from all Lebanese lands and value the efforts of the Lebanese state in implementing the Taif Agreement, restricting weapons and supporting everything that enhances Lebanon’s security and stability.








The Minister also welcomed the approval of the New York General Assembly regarding the settlement of the Palestinian issue and the two -state solution, noting that Saudi Arabia welcomes the increasing number of countries that recognize the State of Palestine, and supports the efforts of the Lebanese government to limit weapons and the application of Taif. The Foreign Minister is on the importance of finding a peaceful settlement through dialogue between Russia and Ukraine, within the framework of the Kingdom’s commitment to support diplomatic efforts to resolve conflicts and enhance international security and stability.
