In Tawil … the Ministry of Economy closes a food factory

A reference from Judge Francois Elias, the Ministry of Economy and Trade closed a lab in the town of Tanayel for the manufacturer of processed meat (Martadella), after it was proven that he violated the Lebanese standard specifications for Cow.
The laboratory concluded with red wax, and the quantities that do not conform to the Lebanese specifications were destroyed, in the presence and support of the State Security Service. In a statement, the Ministry of Economy emphasized “its continued intensification of its supervisory tours to protect the consumer and ensure food safety.”
