The kidnapper tortured the child and threatened him with slaughter, photographed these scenes and sending them to his relatives, with the aim of pressuring them to retrieve an amount of 11 thousand dollars, claiming that the child’s sister pulled him from him and fled to the Syrian interior.
After sending the registrations, the kidnapper released the child, threatening to kidnap him again in the event that the money was not received. The Information Division succeeded in arresting him today in the town of Qeb Elias, based on the reference of the Public Prosecution Appeal in the Bekaa, while investigations began to uncover the circumstances of the case.
