Abboud received the Brox .. This is what was discussed

This morning, the governor of Beirut, the governor of Judge Marwan Abboud, received the head of the Syndicate of Fuel Stations in Lebanon, George Al -Brax, with whom the warning report was offered No. 2812/2025 issued by Beirut Governorate on September 11, which gave a final deadline until 12/12/2025 to the non -licensed stations to settle its legal status, in terms of submitting a legal file based on the station and requesting a license and locking with red wax.
The Brax called for the extension of this deadline until March 31, 2026 and the failure to close the stations during this period had submitted a file of settling the legal construction conditions or requesting a renewal of an investment license, until the completion of licensing transactions. The BRX also wished strict, when giving licenses of new fuel stations, by applying the condition of the distance imposed in the decree 5509, which is 800 meters a circular beam. He insisted on the duty to put an end to the spread of car laundries and oil spare parts outside the stations and the necessity of locking them. The BRX appeals to all the owners of the stations in an unlicensed Lebanon, working to settle the conditions of their stations and apply for the required files as soon as possible to benefit from the opportunity given to them and from the law of settlements in effect to obtain the necessary legal licenses.
