The Supreme Islamic Sharia Council held a session today, Saturday, headed by the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Drian, and in the presence of Prime Minister Nawaf Salam.

During the meeting, President Salam stressed that “the rebuilding of the state should remain the difficult and accurate stage of Lebanon, no matter how severe storms and obstacles grow.” He said: “We will continue in our endeavors in the required reform and extend the authority of the state to the fullness of its lands with its own forces to advance the state and its institutions. Despite the difficulties and challenges, our strongest weapons will remain national unity, will, design and optimism to reach the safety of our wounded homeland as a result of the continuous Israeli country, and what the government is doing is to devote the concept of the strong and fair state and is in the interest of Lebanon and the Lebanese, The Council of Ministers will spare no effort to preserve every inch of the homeland. ”From its part, the Supreme Islamic Sharia Council indicated that“ there is no condemnation and rejected at all levels, which some began to launch without a national responsibility that may enter the country into unlimited sedition and contradictions. ”
