Hannibal Gaddafi’s lawyer: A political party that holds my clients in retaliation for his father

Hannibal Gaddafi’s lawyer said: “A Lebanese political party wants to take Hannibal hostage in retaliation for his father.”
The lawyer pointed out that: “There is no relationship between Hannibal and the disappearance of Musa al -Sadr.”
He stressed that “his health and psychological situation is very brittle.”
He continued: “There is no justification for his detention for 10 years in Lebanon without trial.”

He stated that “we have documents proving that he is not related to any political or administrative role with his father’s power.”
He added, “It has nothing to do with the disappearance of Musa al -Sadr, and we asked the Lebanese government to release him.”
He said, “Gaddafi’s arrest is political and the current government is innocent from his arrest.”
He pointed out that “we asked Lebanon to release Gaddafi to arrest him without a charge.”
