Minister of Culture .. Inclusion of a new teacher on the general inventory list of historical buildings

The Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salama, issued a decision according to which he entered “Tal Fadous – Kafr Abida Archaeological”, who is based on real estate No. 741 – 743 – 744 – 745 – 748 – 1408 from the Kafr Abida Real Estate District – Al -Batroun district, North Lebanon Governorate, in the list of the general inventory of historical buildings.
According to the decision, no work may be carried out that would change the status quo on the site without prior approval from the General Directorate of Antiquities, whether in terms of the nature of business or the materials intended. A fortified bronze era.
The report emphasized that these discoveries are “of historical importance and a prominent scientific value in relation to the history of the region and coastal villages in the bronze period”, which requires its protection and preservation as a national heritage.
